Measuring our safety progress is crucial to ensuring that we are on track to achieving our goal of being an industry leader. Tracking our safety performance metrics and maintaining a high level of transparency with our employees, stakeholders, and clients is paramount to our Organization. Our annual safety performance is a direct reflection of our company's operations. We consistently maintain an EMR of 1.0 or lower. The industry average is based on data from the U.S. Department of Labor.

We encourage all employees to be proactive and engaged in identifying potential hazards and risks. M. F. Morgan and Associates Inc. is committed to our people's safety and our projects; we set personal targets for conducting safety observations in the workplace and on worksites.
