Our general contracting services may develop through the competitive bid process or project negotiations. Following the award of a contract, we actively facilitate an alliance with our client, and the project architect/engineer to begin project planning and execution. Our role within the alliance designates us as the primary coordinator of the work. We are responsible for scheduling and overseeing all aspects during the construction phase.
Construction management involves constant oversight and general decision-making daily from the beginning of a project through the completion phase.
