Construction management involves constant oversight and general decision-making daily, from the beginning of a project through the completion phase.

We understand the trust needed to pass the management responsibility on to someone else. We take pride in the confidence vested in our services when fulfilling this position for an Owner.

As a DBE general contractor, we have an advantage when we act as a construction manager: We know what it means to build a project with our own crews working from the ground up. With our knowledge and skills as a true builder, we can offer a unique approach when we help our clients in managing the overall planning, design, and construction of a project.

We’re attentively aware of minute details as we coordinate all project functions —including estimating, value analysis, overall construction and architectural reviews, project operations and management, scheduling, cost efficiency, quality-control, and safety. Our intense oversight leads to more efficient designs, increased budget confidence, lower bid costs, fewer change orders, decreased construction times, and higher quality.

To achieve these results, we must be actively engaged in the project during both the preconstruction and construction phases. We take a proactive approach instead of a reactive approach, so before anything comes up, we already are aware of it and are taking care any situations that may occur. We provide detailed planning, coordination, and direction necessary to create efficiencies in time, cost, and quality.
