To achieve these results, we must be actively engaged in the project during both the preconstruction and construction phases. We take a proactive approach instead of a reactive approach so before anything comes up we already are aware of it and are taking care any situations that may occur. We provide detailed planning, coordination, and direction necessary to create efficiencies in time, cost, and quality.
